And
let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall
reap, if we faint not. Galations 6:9
Dear
Friends,
It
is always a joy and a privilege to let you know what the Lord is
doing and how he is blessing. We praise Him for the opportunities
to serve Him and to serve others.
I
told you in the last letter that through many of you God had made
it possible to start providing hot meals to some individuals.
Hopes for Others is now serving about 31 individuals, 6 days a
week. As God makes it possible, we hope to serve more. This
picture is of a few of the individuals as they come to get their
food, about 1 in the afternoon. Ani told us that it is so good to
see the people gaining some weight when they receive the proper
nutrition.

The foundation for the clinic will soon be completed. We
are required to wait a month, once the foundation is finished,
before we resume construction.
I have also mentioned the Osinach
family and would like to share with you one of the things Benjamin
and Heidi do.
Every Saturday evening at 5 they meet
with some of the street children for Bible class. They meet in the
railway station waiting room. I watched them on 2 Saturdays while
I was there, and it was a blessing to see them sharing the love of
Jesus with these young people. The street children bring
their containers, and after the class is over, Benjamin fills
their containers with milk - a real treat for them.
These
are just a couple of things going on at Hopes for Others. It is
all possible because of your prayers and your help. We thank you
for your continued prayers and support. Please continue to pray
that the ministries will operate in such a way that others see and
feel the love of Jesus.
In
His Service,
Johnny
