It is amazing how quickly the summer is going by. The kids have been busy with different church camps and vacation, then VBS last week at our church. We are thankful that they have such great activities to be a part of. The Lord continues to bless us and the ministry here at Fairhaven because of all of your prayers and support.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
I would like to remind you that we do not take for granted how so many of you do help to make things happen here at Fairhaven. It takes people responding to His prompting in order for any ministry to operate. For some it is praying for us (which is the only thing I will solicit), for others it is the financial support, and for others it is coming out here and helping with the never ending work that has to be done. We thank God for everyone who helps to make it all possible.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Our container to Grodna, Belarus has arrived, been unloaded, but is still in the process of clearing customs. On July 6th, we loaded 2 containers for Haiti and the ETA should be about the middle of August.\u00a0 The Lord\u00a0 willing,\u00a0 we will load for Malawi on\u00a0 August 5th.\u00a0 This container is going to require more time and perhaps a lot of help in loading because of the contents. Should you be able to help us with this, we would appreciate your letting us know so that we will know how many to prepare breakfast for. As usual, we will plan to have breakfast at 7:30 and start loading about 8 or so.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
One thing that we are still looking for, that is needed in Malawi, is an operating table for a hospital. Should any of you know of one, we could surely use it. A few other things that are badly needed there but have not came in are tools such as cement trowels, pickaxes, shovels, machetes, and any kinds of hand tools.<\/div>\n
