However, due to logistical problems (which is the new norm now), we will not be loading till August 10th. And, yes, I could have waited 2 more days but I received an urgent request this morning from a friend at God’s Warehouse, in Morristown, Tn.

To quickly explain this need—this is a medical team working to help the military in Ukraine, especially around Odessa at this time. The attached list of supplies is a “Critical Needs List” which they need ASAP. Should you, or anyone you know, be able to help with these supplies, it would be a blessing that you and I can’t start to imagine. Again, this is CRITICAL and any help would be greatly appreciated. —and that is my reason for sending this out today instead of waiting till later in the week. If there is any way you can help meet these needs, please let me know and I will put you in touch with those doing the shipping. These would probably go out via air freight since the needs are so Critical at this time.

Also, I want to share with you how the Lord has “multiplied” your giving toward the Ukraine: Many of you sent financial donations, which I had planned to use to pay for the shipping of this container we are loading. However, the Lord touched some hearts of people in Texas and they are covering the shipping expenses. What a blessing that is!! —-So, what most of us are not aware of is of the number of Ukrainian refugees that have been flooding into Israel, and their needs upon arriving there. Well, our friends in Morristown, Tn. was shipping a container to Israel, designated for the needs of those refugees. I felt that the funds so many of you gave would be best used in paying for the shipping cost of that container. So, instead of just a few thousand dollars of supplies, what you gave is being multiplied many, many times with the contents of that container. And, that is how the Lord works things out. I hope that this information is a blessing to you.

As for us here at Fairhaven, we continue to be blessed greatly so that we can be a blessing to others. We try to always be open to the Lord using us as He sees fit in order to be a blessing to others. I could share incident after incident of how He blessed us with something that, at the moment, we wondered “Why this?!”, only to soon be made aware of someone with that particular need.

As always, thank you all for your prayers, your support, and so many of you who come out here to help with the food distribution and other work. Every one of you are a special blessing to us.

I pray the Lord’s richest blessings on each of you.

In His Service,

Johnny

Johnny Huffman

Fairhaven Ministry of Faith, Hope, & Love

21066 Fairhaven Road

Covington, La. 70435

Ph: 985-892-1134

Fax: 985-892-1385

Cell: 985-264-5052

Email: johnny@fairhavenministry.com

Web: hopeforothers.org

Love is God’s will in action.

Phillipians 2:4,5—Look not every man on his own things, but every man on the things of others.
